Making Managing Easier

After 20 years of teaching leadership to graduate business students, executives in large international organizations, and administrators in public and non-profit institutions, I have come to realize the importance of the simple acts of management.  Applied consistently, to the right person, and at the right time, simple acts are incredibly impactful.  It is to these simple acts that this blog is dedicated.
